    Features:

    1. Environment friendly: For raw material, Sunlight examines and controlls the heavy metal from raw material, make sure it is compliance with environment protection requirement. For construction,reasonable material granularity distributed, effectively reduced the dust while construction.

    2. Corrosion protection: Raw materials are of high conductivity and stable physical property,will not have chemical reaction with metal material, when mixed with underground water, strong base-peak acid material will be formed, it will notbe corrosive to metal material. At construction field, to mix with water, GEM would become colloid, It will closely attach to the metal grouding electrode after solidification, which prevents electrode from corrosive gas, acid,alkali, salt.

    3. Efficiency resistance reduction: The resistivity of GEM are smaller than the soil, gel will permeate to the soil, increase the contact area between electrode and GEM,or GEM and soil, to reduce the contact resistance then stablize the discharge resistance.

    4. Stable conductivity: electrode graphite is in the GEM, it will not have physical reaction after solidification. Compounds will not run off by seasons, whichensure the the conductivity stability in temperature, humidity andenvironmental medium.

    Multiple packages for option

    As GEM is granular and dusty, considering the conveniences and environmental friendly when transportation and construction, we provide bagged package for 25kg as a singleunit. For 10kg and 11.3kg (25lb), we could provide barrelled and bagged with handle package for the reason of conveniences.

    Application

    Below is the experiential formula for referrence.When we are trying to estimate the resistance value, we should consider about the measured resistivity, geology,hydrology and weather.

    Dosage and mix

    According to the dimension of electrode (Length and diameter), the dosagevalue W is:

    In the formula:

    W: The dosage of GEM (Ton)

    L: The length of electrode

    D: The diameter of electrode

    D: Equivalent specific weight 1.35 (T/m3)

    The mix of GEM

    In the field,when grounding grid finished, to mix the GEM and water by the proportion of 2:1(weight ratio) in an available vessel.
